Obtaining a private pilot license allows you to fly a helicopter for your leisure and share your passion with your friends and family. You can buy a helicopter and enjoy a wonderful way of transporting yourself to your business and leisure activities.
The lessons are flown on Robinson R22 and R44. They are the most sold helicopters in the world. Being an exclusive Robinson dealer for the province of Québec, our fleet is rather young. We can also sell you an aircraft and provide current maintenance as well as warranty claims.
Minimum age: 17 years

Medical Certificate: Class 3

Length of the stage: 20 to 3 months*

Ground school: 40 hours**

Classes are held every day of the week from 8h00 to 17h00. Evening classes are also available.
Flight training: 45 hours**
17 hours in dual controls
12 hours in solo
3 hours on simulator
This training will allow you to develop the required abilities to achieve your dream of flying. During your whole training, you will be supervised by experienced instructors who will teach you all there is to know about flight.
License delivery:
- Requires a class 3 medical certificate issued by Transport Canada.
Requires a written exam from Transport Canada with a passing note of 60% in each of the following subjects:
Air Law
Navigation
Weather
General knowledge
- Requires a test flight with a passing note of 72/148.
